Annealing and Soldering

Annealing is a heat treatment used in jewellery manufacturing. After an annealing cycle, the structure of the metal will re-crystalise and recover its initial softness and ductility.

IECO - Z01-02, Belt Furnace

Electric Belt furnaces are considered as benchmark for annealing and deoxidizing processes, especially as regards wire and thin strips. The various models produced are and can be used for small, medium and large production runs and in the most varied sectors, such as goldsmith. Our experience has led us to develop and build special belt furnaces, adapting them to the widely varying requirements of our customers. This has been mad possible thanks to our research and development center which is fitted with sophisticated equipment in order to allow it to develop continuous improvements in heat treatment processes.

IECO - Z05-02-05, Static Annealing Furnace

Electrical Furnaces for annealing, deoxidation and heat treatment of gold and silver alloys in a controlled atmosphere for products such as wire, strips, tubes, sheets, etc. These furnaces can feature manual blade systems, pivoting systems for eutectic immersion, semi-automatic systems and fully automatic PLC controlled systems which memories all the working parameters. All of our models of furnaces can be fitted with an ammonia dissociator or be prepared for a hydrogen/nitrogen mixer.

IECO - Z08-24, Continuous Annealing Furnace

Electric furnace for continuous annealing in deoxidising atmosphere of round wires of gold and silver alloy with four independent working stations. Equipped with cooling chamber with water casing and electric board integrated in the furnace. Complete with ammonia dissociator.
